La Haitian Ministry Theophile Church In Christ, Inc (HMTCC, Inc) a deux buts principaux:
Premièrement, le Travail Missionnaire qui vise à la propagation de l’Évangile de Jésus-Christ parmi les Haïtiens vivant aux États-Unis d’Amérique, la Caraïbe et un peu partout.
Deuxièmement, le Service Communautaire touchant à l’amélioration de la santé, du bien-être, de l’éducation et de l’aspect économique de la vie des Haïtiens.
Mission Statement
The Haitian Ministry Theophile Church In Christ, Inc. (HMTCC, Inc.) has two main purposes:
First, the Missionary Work that seeks to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ among Haitians living in the United States of America, the Caribbean and elsewhere.
Secondly, Community Service related to improving the health, welfare, education and economic aspect of the lives of Haitians.
Most importantly, our missionary and community efforts are based on our belief in building strong and responsible families, which can form the moral character of children in an exemplary manner. Our ethical status is derived from the strong tradition that the Christians of Theophile engaged to assist the Haitians over the world to achieve autonomy and salvation at the same time.

In 1994, Pastor Roland expanded Theophile into an international organization with congregations in Haiti, United States and the Dominican Republic. Theophile continues to strive for leaders and affiliates that share the same vision, faith and purpose in this awesome work of God.
